I am a National Board Certified Massage Therapist, with 25+ years experience in bodywork. The essence of my work is to be present with each person and the goals for their session. My touch is gentle. All of the techniques are gentle. I enjoy working with people as individuals and together we can create your goals for your session. I offer and blend several techniques: CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, scarwork, and Lymph Drainage. I offer Breast Massage, and consultations for breast self care. I teach Infant Massage to parents.

I am committed to our safety and health. Everyone wears a mask in my office. By its very nature, massage and bodywork requires physical contact and distancing less than 6 feet. As we navigate life with additional requirements due to the coronavirus, my practice will use Practice Guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the U.S. and Maine, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). I will be following the daily CDC regulations and guidelines in Maine. EVERYONE is REQUIRED to WEAR a MASK in my office.

I can bill for Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), and Workers Compensation in Maine. I will need information from your policy, adjuster, and physician before the appointment.
